Contractors listed here are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or subcontractors.

Your account and requests

You agree to give accurate information and to use the service only for genuine home service needs.

You are responsible for who you hire, the contract you agree to and the payments you make.

What Verified means

A Verified pro has been checked for the right Florida license where the trade requires one, for current insurance, and for being based in or serving this region. It is not a guarantee of workmanship or outcome.

Contractor plans

Contractor plans are flat monthly subscriptions with no per-lead charges. Plans may be canceled at any time and apply to the current billing month.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no reselling of job data, no harassment, no attempts to obtain contact details outside the sharing flow.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, SRQ Home Services is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship or pricing of any contractor, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
