The problem
National lead sites sell one homeowner's phone number to several contractors at once. The homeowner gets a week of spam calls. The contractor pays for a lead four other people are also chasing. Nobody is happy except the platform.
Meanwhile the pros who actually do the work are on a ladder when the phone rings. The software built for them assumes a desk, a laptop and an office manager.
What we're doing about it
Homeowners describe the problem once. We send the job — not the contact details — to at most three verified local pros. The homeowner shares their number with the one they pick, and can take it back.
Pros pay a flat monthly plan, never per lead, and get small tools that work on a phone: a quote calculator, a permit assistant, one-tap review requests, and more each quarter.
