Opting in
You only receive texts if you give us a mobile number and separately tick the SMS consent box. SMS consent is never bundled with any other agreement, and you can send a request without it.
What we send
Updates about your request: when a pro responds, appointment reminders, and arrival windows on the day.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn texts off from your request page or by emailing us.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
